The Chenango County Court House
provided a backdrop for Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival's NBT Main Stage
in East & West Parks of downtown Norwich, New York. Colorscape drew
an estimated 15,000 people from throughout the Northeast each year. The
14th Annual Colorscape Chenango took place September 6th & 7th, 2008.
Admission and all activities was entirely free of charge, thanks to our
many generous sponsors.

Activities at Colorscape included
Music Workshops at the East Park Childrens' Stage, Student Art Exhibit,
Competitive Poetry Slam, Craft Demonstrations, Hands-on Arts Projects
for families in two Art Zones with a variety of other creative opportunities
throughout the parks. Visitors chose from a selection of creative and
mouth-watering treats in the Culinary Court.

Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival and Golden Artist Colors are
pleased to feature world renowned abstract expressionist painter
Jonas Gerard, who will create on-site, accompanied by a selection
of music, fine art and mixed media that is a compelling exploration
of color.

Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival, Inc. is a not for
profit corporation under Section 402 of the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation
Law and exempt from federal income under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code. A copy of the latest annual report may be obtained, upon
request, from the organization or from the Office of the Attorney General,
Charities Bureau,

The festival is also made possible in part with public funds from
the Chenango Arts Fund, a decentralization program of the
New York State Council on the Arts.

Colorscape 2009 will feature a non-stop line-up of
acoustic music arranged by the Night Eagle Cafe - a feature that Colorscape
has become known. 2009 performers include Aztec 2 Step, The Guy Mendilow
Band, The McKrells, Dala Girls, The Kennedys, Gandalf Murphy & the
Slambovian Circus of Dreams, The Horseflies and more!

artists from throughout the eastern U.S. exhibit, sold and
demonstrated their work. Many artists return year after year, but there
is always something new and different as well. This was a perfect time
to do some early Christmas shopping for a truly unique gift for that hard-to-please
person on your list...or for yourself!
